Designer Etienne Aigner first used the signature horseshoe shaped "A" logo in his New York collections in the 1950's. After moving to Munich in 1965, businessman Heiner Rankl and Aigner launched the brand which gained a cult following and quickly grew into the luxury leather goods company it is today. This item has clearly never been worn. The condition is incredible. Especially for being 50 years old. The Marketing tag is still attached. This is the ultimate gift for that person in your life who loves vintage.
The tag reads 6P. It recommends for someone 5'4" or under. (If you are 5'7" to 5'4" I think it would still look amazing, I just think the sleeves would be more of a bracelet length. I am 5'10" and they're too short for me.) It measures 17.5" from pit to pit. 23" sleeve from shoulder seam to wrist. 25.5" long from shoulder to hem.
